Day 8 - need advice
ok, long story short I need advice from people who work swing shifts, or 3rds. Just people with long days on how they manage their meals.

so today is Day 4. hate to be boring, but not much to report. I just wanted record that today I have lost my first 5LBS! which is fantastic. So I have lost 12% of my weight and I’m 6LBS from my first mini goal. I really think I can be at my first mini goal in 2 weeks.
Little goal for myself : Be 155 by Nov. 15th (Bday) So doable!!

Ok, so Day three - nothing exciting. I’ve dropped 4LBS in 2 days. From lack of water and Fiber I’ve been remaining constipated and bloated so my Weight Loss Counselor said that I should drop 10-15LBS just from regularly going to the bathroom now. She said that I’ll drop weight in the first week a lot fast b/c of relief of constipation and bloat. Not to be gross, but it’s true. I am not only peeing a million times a day I’m having more regular bowl movements already. Itold my counselor that I wanted to lose weight the healthy way - not by pooping it out (haha) she said that this would only cause extreme weight loss in the very beginning and would even out.
So I’m glad I’m not constipated anymore… my stomache already looks flatter.
Other than that I’m doing good only diet… and my new favorite breakfast food is an Cage Free No GMO Southwest Omelet! Mmmm… so good.. so good for you.
I’m doing good right now b/c it’s only day 3. I hope on day 30 I am as motivated as I am now…

Today is only Day 2, but this morning I had lost 2LBS. I know that I shouldn’t expect to lose 2LBS everyday; nor is 14LBS a weeks healthy by any means. This probably happened because I drank more water in the first day than I have in the past couple months, probably water weight loss. However, I am glad that this happened because last night I was already feeling a little discouraged last night. I just had a lot of doubt that I could obtain my goal. Waking up this morning and already seeing a loss has motivated me to keep on going.
My main goal for this week is to drink 64oz of water everyday for the first week. I will continue this forever hopefully, but I need to focus on making this a habit.

So I use to weigh in the 200s about 2 years ago. I lost about 60LBS and hit my goal of 170. I had always been “happy enough” at that weight. I’ve finally decided to get to my Dream weight of 144. why 144? I’m not quite sure. I think that maybe even after I get there I’d like to get to 130-135. I weighed 135 in Highschool once and I liked that weight. We’ll see. I’m happy where I am, I’m curvy and that’s ok with me. however I think it’s time to see what I’m really made of… so to speak.
I’m nervous… anxious… hopeful… I need accountability (especially through the holidays). I just want to be really thin come next spring so I’ll be comfortable in shorts and tank tops… maybe even a tube top.. oo la la.. haha
any motivation or advice is always appreciated.
